Sometimes you may feel that similar relationships, situations or emotions keep repeating in your life even though you are consciously trying to make a change. You may feel held back by the past, fear, insecurity, low self-worth, inner tension, an unexplained sense of guilt or simply the feeling that something is preventing you from moving forward.

The Soul & Heart Reset is my own intuitive and individually developed method focused on deeper energetic, emotional, relationship, ancestral and karmic themes. Rather than looking at one isolated issue, I explore the wider connections behind what keeps repeating in your life, where certain patterns may have originated, how they may be influencing you today and which of them may no longer serve you.

Over the years, I have expanded and adapted the spiritual methods I originally studied and combined them with additional intuitive and energy-based approaches. This has allowed me to develop a unique and more in-depth way of working, tailored to each individual client rather than based on one fixed system.

The entire process takes place remotely. I am based in the Czech Republic, but you do not need to travel, attend an appointment in person or be online at a particular time. I work with clients throughout Europe and worldwide, and after the session you will receive a written summary by e-mail.

 
What Is Karmic Pattern Mapping?

When working with your chosen theme, I do not focus on just one isolated “block”. I use my own expanded mapping system together with pendulum work, intuitive perception and spiritual connection to explore the wider context surrounding your situation.

Depending on what appears relevant, the process may bring attention to subconscious patterns formed during your present life, family or ancestral beliefs that may have been passed down, recurring relationship or life patterns, emotional burdens connected with previous experiences, symbolic karmic themes or impressions of the past, inner vows, promises, agreements or commitments, fears of rejection, abandonment, failure or change, patterns connected with guilt, shame, punishment, helplessness or victimhood, difficulties involving self-worth, relationships, work or abundance, or recurring life lessons that seem to return in different forms.

The purpose is not to search for someone to blame and not to force you to relive painful experiences. My aim is to identify the deeper theme, work energetically with what appears appropriate to release or transform and create more space for a new and more conscious inner direction.

The Soul & Heart Reset was originally inspired by some principles associated with Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), but it is not conventional SRT. Over many years of practice, I gradually expanded and adapted this foundation, added other approaches and developed my own system so that I could work with individual themes on a broader and deeper level.

 
Who Is the Soul & Heart Reset For?

This service may be suitable for you if you feel that something is holding you back but you cannot clearly identify what it is, if similar relationships or life situations keep repeating, if you find it difficult to close the door on the past or recover emotionally from a painful relationship, or if you struggle with fears of rejection, abandonment or loneliness.

How Does the Soul & Heart Reset Work?

The entire session is carried out remotely from the Czech Republic, which means it is equally available to clients living in Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Poland, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scandinavia, elsewhere in Europe or anywhere else in the world.

You do not need to be online at a specific time, make a phone call or connect through video. While I am working, you can rest, work, stay at home or simply continue with your normal activities.

When placing your order, please send me your full name, date of birth, e-mail address and a brief description of the theme you would like me to focus on. You may also send a photograph if you wish, but a photograph is optional.

You do not need to send me your entire life story. A short description of what keeps repeating, what currently feels difficult or which area of your life requires support is enough.

Before beginning, I focus on your main theme and the wider connections that may be associated with it. The actual work is always adapted to the individual person and to what appears relevant during the intuitive process.

 
What Will You Receive Afterwards?

After completing the session, I will send you an individual written summary by e-mail.

Depending on the nature of your situation, your report may include the main themes that appeared during the work, energetic, emotional, ancestral or karmic connections, an overview of the areas that were addressed, recurring patterns or life lessons connected with the issue, an explanation of how a particular pattern may be influencing your present life and information about how the process may continue to settle afterwards.

Each Soul & Heart Reset is individual. The content and length of the written report therefore vary according to the complexity and depth of the theme.

 
Comprehensive Soul Reset

The Comprehensive Soul Reset is designed for deeper, long-standing or interconnected themes. It is suitable if you feel that one issue is influencing several areas of your life, if the same pattern keeps returning in different forms or if you would like to explore possible connections between your present situation, family or ancestral patterns, emotional experiences and karmic themes.

This option includes more extensive Karmic Pattern Mapping and allows me to explore your chosen area in greater depth. Rather than focusing on one isolated problem, I look at the broader structure of the theme and the different levels on which it may be affecting you.

This service may be especially suitable for recurring relationship patterns, long-standing emotional burdens, difficulties connected with self-worth, fear, guilt or scarcity, repeated work or financial themes, unresolved connections with the past, family and ancestral patterns or situations in which you feel that you have already tried to make changes but continue to return to the same point.
