Recommendations are always based on the information available at the time of consultation and on the scope of the selected service.
The Client remains responsible for deciding whether and how to implement recommendations.
5. Nutrition Advice Is Not Medical Treatment
The Provider is a Nutrition Advisor, but does not present herself as a physician, registered dietitian, clinical nutrition specialist or other regulated healthcare professional unless such additional qualification is expressly stated.
Nutrition advisory services do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment of disease, clinical nutrition therapy, prescription of medication, modification of prescribed medication or medical supervision.
The Provider does not diagnose illnesses and does not advise Clients to discontinue or alter treatment prescribed by a doctor or another regulated healthcare professional.
Where a Client has a diagnosed medical condition, serious food allergy, eating disorder, significant gastrointestinal condition, metabolic disease, serious pregnancy complication or another condition requiring healthcare supervision, the Provider may recommend that the Client consult an appropriate healthcare professional before implementing nutritional changes.
Where a request falls outside the Provider's professional competence, the Provider may refuse the service or limit the advice to matters within her professional scope.
6. Spiritual and Intuitive Services
Tarot readings, numerology, channeling, pendulum work, energy work and other spiritual services are provided within the framework of personal development, self-reflection, spiritual exploration, intuitive guidance,
inspiration and exploration of possible life or relationship patterns.
Such services are inherently interpretative and subjective. Any discussion of possible future developments represents potential tendencies or possibilities at the time of the reading.
The future is not guaranteed or permanently fixed. Future developments can be influenced by the Client's decisions, actions, changing circumstances and decisions made by other people.
7. Soul & Heart Reset and the Provider's Own Approach
The Provider has developed an individual approach to spiritual and energy work by adapting and expanding methods studied during many years of practice and combining them with additional intuitive, spiritual and energy-based techniques.
The Provider's current method is therefore not represented as conventional Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), VIDA System® or any other single established method.
The method may explore spiritual or symbolic themes associated with subconscious patterns, emotional patterns, family and ancestral influences, recurring relationship patterns, personal beliefs, energetic burdens, karmic themes, symbolic past-life themes, inner commitments or vows and recurring life situations.
These concepts are used within a spiritual and personal-development framework and are not presented as scientifically verified medical or psychological diagnoses.
8. Energy Work
Remote energy work is provided as a spiritual and personal-development service.
The Provider may work with the Client remotely without requiring the Client to attend an in-person appointment or remain online during the session. Energy work does not constitute healthcare or medical treatment. No particular physical, psychological, relationship, financial or other outcome is guaranteed.
The Client may experience energy work differently from another person. The absence of a particular feeling or sensation does not itself mean that the service was or was not provided.
9. Health and Psychological Matters
Spiritual, intuitive and energy services are not intended to replace professional healthcare.
They do not replace examination by a physician, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological care, psychotherapy, clinical nutrition therapy or another regulated healthcare service.
The Provider does not diagnose medical or psychiatric conditions through tarot, pendulum work, channeling, energy work or similar spiritual methods.
The Provider does not advise Clients to discontinue prescribed medication or treatment. If the Client has acute, serious or long-term health or psychological problems, the Client should seek appropriate professional healthcare. In an emergency, the Client should contact the appropriate emergency service in their country.
10. Pregnancy, Fertility and Reproductive Matters
Where the Client asks about pregnancy, fertility, trying to conceive or related issues, the Provider may offer neral nutrition guidance within her professional competence, general lifestyle support, spiritual or personal-development guidance, or intuitive services where clearly identified as such.
The Provider does not diagnose infertility, pregnancy complications or reproductive disorders and does not guarantee conception, pregnancy or birth. Medical questions relating to fertility, pregnancy or reproductive health should be addressed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
11. No Guaranteed Results
The Provider does not guarantee any specific result arising from spiritual, intuitive, nutrition or personal-development services.
In particular, the Provider does not guarantee that a particular person will begin or renew a relationship, reconciliation with a partner, marriage,
pregnancy, recovery from illness, weight loss of a specific amount, employment, promotion, financial gain,
business success, investment performance, or any other specific future event.
In nutrition advisory services, results may differ between individuals and depend on many factors, including the Client's starting situation, health, adherence, lifestyle and circumstances.
12. Client Responsibility
The Client remains responsible for their own decisions and actions.
The Client decides whether to follow nutritional recommendations, lifestyle recommendations, personal-development guidance, spiritual guidance or information provided during a reading.
Important medical, legal, financial, psychological or similar professional decisions should not be made solely on the basis of a spiritual or intuitive service.
13. Age Requirement
Services are primarily intended for Clients aged 18 or over.
The Provider may refuse to provide a service to a minor or may request appropriate permission from a legal representative where legally permissible.
14. How to Place an Order
A service may be ordered through the website, e-mail, WhatsApp, Messenger,
social media, an online form or another communication method offered by the Provider.
Depending on the selected service, the Client may be asked to provide full name, date of birth, e-mail address, selected service, STANDARD or EXPRESS option, questions or areas of focus, general relationship information, general nutrition or lifestyle information or other information reasonably necessary to provide the service.
The Client should provide accurate information.
15. Health Information Provided by the Client
For nutrition or lifestyle consultations, it may sometimes be relevant for the Client voluntarily to provide information concerning health, medication, allergies or other health-related circumstances.
The Client should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested service.
Where health information is processed, it will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection rules and the Provider's Privacy Policy.
The Provider may request that the Client seek medical clearance or professional medical advice where the information supplied indicates that specialised healthcare supervision may be appropriate.
16. Information About Third Parties
For relationship readings, Clients may provide limited information about another person where this is reasonably necessary for the requested service.
Clients should provide only the minimum necessary information.
Clients should not submit another person's private medical records, financial data, passwords, private correspondence, intimate photographs or other highly sensitive information unless there is a clear lawful and necessary reason for doing so.
The Provider may refuse to process information that appears unnecessary or excessively intrusive.
17. Conclusion of the Contract
Submitting an order constitutes a request by the Client to purchase the selected service.
Unless otherwise stated, the contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the order.
Confirmation may be sent by e-mail, WhatsApp, Messenger, another electronic message or another durable communication method.
The confirmation will normally identify the selected service, price, payment information and expected delivery or appointment conditions.
18. Prices
The price applicable to a particular service is the price displayed on the relevant service page or expressly communicated to the Client before the contract is concluded.
English-language international pages may state prices in EUR.
The agreed price is the price communicated and accepted before the contract is concluded.
The Provider is not registered for Czech VAT.
Charges imposed independently by the Client's bank or payment service provider are not included unless stated otherwise.
19. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, services are paid in advance.
Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut, Wise or another agreed payment method.
Work may begin only after payment has been received and the Provider has received all necessary information from the Client.
20. STANDARD and EXPRESS Services
Where a service is offered in STANDARD and EXPRESS versions, the relevant service page will state the approximate processing time.
STANDARD services are usually processed within the period indicated on the website.
EXPRESS services receive priority processing and may be commenced shortly after payment and receipt of all necessary information.
The delivery period does not begin until both payment has been received, and
the information necessary to provide the service has been supplied.
If the Client delays in supplying required information, the delivery time may be extended accordingly.
21. International Clients and Time Zones
The Provider is based in the Czech Republic.
Live consultations are therefore normally scheduled using the time applicable in the Czech Republic unless another time zone is expressly agreed.
International Clients are responsible for checking the time difference before a scheduled appointment.
Written and remote services may be ordered from Europe and other countries where the service can lawfully and reasonably be provided.
22. Right of Withdrawal
A Consumer entering into a distance contract may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
Where Czech and applicable EU consumer law applies, the standard withdrawal period for a service contract is generally 14 days from conclusion of the contract, unless a statutory exception applies.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Provider through a clear statement.
The notice may be sent to:
Ing. Iva Aiesh
Havířská 507/62
664 12 Oslavany
Czech Republic
or:
The Consumer may use the Model Withdrawal Form included at the end of these Terms, but use of the form is not mandatory.
23. Request to Begin the Service During the Withdrawal Period
Many personalised services, particularly EXPRESS readings, written analyses, consultations and energy services, may be requested before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Where required by applicable law, the Consumer must expressly request that the Provider begin performing the service during this period.
The Consumer will be informed that if performance begins at their express request and they subsequently withdraw, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided; and after a paid service has been fully performed following the Consumer's prior express request and the legally required acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease.
Payment alone should not be treated as a replacement for separate express consent where the law requires active consent.
24. Recommended Consent for Early Performance
Where applicable, the Client may be asked to actively confirm:
“I expressly request that the Provider begin providing the ordered service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. I acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed in accordance with applicable law, I may lose my statutory right to withdraw from the contract. If I withdraw after performance has already begun at my express request, I understand that I may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided.”
The confirmation may be provided through a separate unticked checkbox,
e-mail, an order form, WhatsApp, Messenger, or another durable electronic method.
25. Refunds Following Withdrawal
Where the Consumer validly exercises a statutory right of withdrawal, any refund due will be made in accordance with applicable law.
If part of the service has already been performed at the Consumer's express request, the Provider may retain or request the proportionate amount legally due for the part already provided.
Where the service has been completely performed and the right of withdrawal has lawfully ceased, the cooling-off period cannot be used simply because the Client has changed their mind after receiving the completed service.
This does not affect rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied services.
26. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Where no statutory withdrawal right applies, cancellations and rescheduling will be handled according to the nature of the service and the circumstances.
For live appointments, the Client should notify the Provider as early as reasonably possible if they need to reschedule.
Where possible, an alternative appointment may be offered.
If the Client fails to attend a booked appointment without notice, the Provider may take into account the time reserved and any work already performed when deciding whether a replacement appointment or refund is appropriate.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
27. Delivery of Written Services
Written readings, analyses, nutrition plans, recommendations and other written services are normally sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client.
The Client is responsible for providing a correct e-mail address and checking spam or junk folders.
If an expected e-mail has not arrived, the Client should contact the Provider.
28. Nutrition Plans and Recommendations
Where the Provider prepares a meal plan, nutrition recommendation or other written nutrition guidance, the content is prepared on the basis of information provided by the Client and within the scope of the selected service.
Unless expressly agreed, a nutrition service does not include unlimited subsequent adjustments or indefinite follow-up consultation.
Additional modifications, further consultations or new plans may be subject to an additional fee.
The Client should promptly inform the Provider of material inaccuracies in information on which the recommendation was based.
29. Complaints
A Client may submit a complaint where a service has not been provided in accordance with the contract.
A complaint may concern, for example failure to provide the service, delivery of a materially different service, omission of a specifically agreed component, a substantially smaller scope than agreed, or another failure to meet agreed contractual requirements.
Complaints may be sent to [email protected] or by post to the Provider's address.
Where possible, the complaint should include Client's name, name of the service, date of purchase or delivery,
description of the issue, and requested resolution.
Complaints from Consumers will be handled within the time limits required by applicable law.
30. Subjective Nature of Spiritual Services
Spiritual and intuitive services are inherently subjective.
A spiritual or tarot service is not automatically defective merely because the Client disagrees with an interpretation, the Client dislikes the message, another practitioner gives a different interpretation, a predicted possibility does not occur, or the Client does not subjectively experience an energetic effect.
This does not limit the Client's right to complain if the agreed service was not actually provided or was materially different from what was ordered.
31. Nutrition Services and Individual Results
Nutrition recommendations are also individual in their effects.
A nutrition advisory service is not automatically defective merely because the Client does not achieve a particular desired weight, appearance, performance level or other result.
Results may depend on factors outside the Provider's control.
This does not limit the Client's rights where the agreed nutrition service itself was not delivered in accordance with the contract.
32. Free Will and Relationship Services
The Provider respects personal free will.
The Provider does not offer services intended to force another person into a relationship, force an ex-partner to return, control another person's behaviour, manipulate another person's decisions, or override another person's free will.
Relationship services focus on understanding patterns, dynamics and the Client's own situation.
33. Refusal of Service
The Provider may refuse an order where the request falls outside the Provider's professional competence, the Provider does not have sufficient capacity, the request appears unlawful,
the request involves inappropriate interference with another person's rights, the Client requests guaranteed medical, financial, legal or other results,
the Client requests nutrition treatment requiring clinical or medical supervision beyond the Provider's qualification, or the Client behaves in a threatening, abusive or seriously inappropriate manner.
If a paid service is cancelled by the Provider before work begins and the Client is not responsible for the cancellation, the price paid for the unprovided service will be refunded.
34. Intellectual Property
Written readings, reports, analyses, nutrition materials, meal plans and other original materials created by the Provider remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
The Client receives them for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
Without permission, the Client may not resell the materials, reproduce them commercially, publish substantial portions as their own work, distribute them for commercial purposes, or falsely claim authorship.
The Client may retain, print and privately use materials prepared for them.
35. Confidentiality
Client communications are treated confidentially subject to applicable law.
Information may be disclosed where necessary to comply with legal obligations, for accounting or payment processing, to establish or defend legal claims, or where otherwise legally permitted.
Clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary messaging services.
36. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection rules, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Detailed information about categories of personal data, purposes of processing, legal bases, health-related information where applicable, retention periods, recipients, international transfers, and data-subject rights is provided in the Provider's Privacy Policy.
Personal data necessary for processing an order does not normally require general consent where another lawful basis, such as performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation, applies.
37. Third-Party Platforms and Payment Providers
The Provider may use independent services such as banks, PayPal, Revolut, Wise, WhatsApp, Messenger, e-mail providers, or other technical platforms.
Such providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The Provider is not responsible for independent technical outages wholly outside her reasonable control, without prejudice to mandatory Client rights.
38. Events Outside Reasonable Control
The Provider will not be treated as being in breach solely because performance is temporarily prevented or materially delayed by circumstances genuinely outside reasonable control, such as serious illness, emergency, major internet or electricity outage, natural disaster, widespread telecommunications failure, government restrictions, or similar extraordinary events.
Where possible, the Provider will offer a new delivery date or another appropriate solution.
If a service cannot be provided, the unprovided part will be refunded where required.
39. Testimonials
Testimonials published on the Provider's website describe individual Client experiences.
They do not guarantee that another Client will achieve the same or similar result.
Names may be abbreviated to protect Client privacy.
40. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Provider encourages Clients to contact her directly first so that any issue can be resolved amicably wherever possible.
Where an eligible consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, a Consumer may be entitled to use alternative dispute resolution through the competent Czech body:
Czech Trade Inspection Authority
Česká obchodní inspekce – ČOI
Central Inspectorate – ADR Department
Gorazdova 1969/24
120 00 Prague 2
Czech Republic
Consumers in other EU or EEA countries may also contact the relevant European Consumer Centre or other competent consumer-protection body for assistance.
41. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded with the Provider are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, subject to applicable conflict-of-law rules.
Where the Client is a Consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive the Consumer of mandatory statutory protection that applies to them and cannot legally be waived.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
42. Clients Outside the European Union
Clients outside the European Union may order services where the relevant service can reasonably and lawfully be provided.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that purchasing the service is lawful in their jurisdiction.
These Terms do not claim to override mandatory law that may apply in another country.
43. Language
These Terms are provided in English for international Clients.
Where a contract is concluded through the English-language international version of the website, English may be used as the primary language of communication concerning that contract.
Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected by any translation discrepancy.
44. Changes to These Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms for future orders, for example because of changes in law, changes to services,
changes in payment methods, technical developments, or changes in business operations.
The version in force at the time the relevant contract is concluded will generally apply to that contract.
45. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
An invalid provision will not be interpreted in a way that removes mandatory statutory consumer protection.
