1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the service provider and the client in relation to services such as card readings, consultations, spiritual guidance, and other similar activities.

3. Nature of services
The services offered on this website are for personal development, self-reflection, and entertainment. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The client acknowledges that all information and interpretations are provided without any guarantee of results.
4. Orders and payments
Services can be ordered by e-mail, telephone, or message (e.g., SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp). Prices are listed on the website or negotiated individually. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or another agreed-upon method.
Once payment has been credited, the service date is bindingly reserved.
5. Change and cancellation of the date
The client may cancel or reschedule the date no later than 24 hours in advance. In case of later cancellation or failure to attend the consultation without excuse, the payment is forfeited. The provider reserves the right to change the date in urgent cases (e.g., illness, technical problems).
6. Personal data protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The data is used exclusively for the purpose of providing services and is not passed on to third parties.
7. Responsibility
The client bears full responsibility for their decisions. The services are not intended for persons with serious mental or health problems. In such cases, we recommend seeking professional help.
8. Limitation of liability and complaints
The Provider is not responsible for the results of the services in terms of the Client's expectations, as this is a subjective and intuitive service with no guaranteed effect.
The Client acknowledges that the service is not subject to complaint in the sense of defective performance under the Civil Code. In case of dissatisfaction, the Client has the option to contact the Provider for an individual solution.
9. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are valid from January 1, 2026. The Provider reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time. By using the services, the client confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
Basic information for card reading and counseling (GDPR)
Personal data protection - consent to the processing of personal data
You hereby grant your consent to Ing. Iva Aiesh, with registered office at Havířská 507/62, 664 12 Oslavany, ID No.: 88049311 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"): name and surname, date of birth, and email address.
Your first name, last name, date of birth, and email address are required for the purpose of preparing the interpretation. This data will not be archived after the interpretation is completed.
You expressly consent to the above processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the above contact details.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator and will not be provided to third parties.
Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- request information from me about what personal data I process,
- request an explanation from me regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data from me and have it updated or corrected,
- request the deletion of this personal data from me,
- contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of doubt about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data.
My card reading principles
✔️ ALWAYS approach the cards with trust and goodwill, respect and reverence. If you do not, the cards will "reward" you for it. If you ask a question and deliberately conceal the truth, you will receive an appropriate answer from the cards.
✔️ In my work, I ALWAYS protect the privacy of my clients, so do not try to ask about your acquaintances.
✔️ When interpreting the cards, I do not judge the client's behavior, actions, or thoughts.
✔️ I ALWAYS try to be as objective as possible.
✔️ I do not provide services that are illegal or may harm other people.
✔️ Do not elevate the insights you gain from card readings above the opinions of other people. Do not take the information you receive during a reading as dogma, and realize that you are primarily the architect of your own destiny. It is entirely up to you how you live your life and whether you stray from your original path due to advice from others (friends, etc.) and go against the information you receive from me. Do not relinquish your own responsibility by blaming the card reader (I do not mean just myself).
